Return / Exchanges Policy
Policy Overview
At Zoommez Distribution, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. We understand that purchasing high-value items requires confidence, and our goal is to make the process clear, fair, and straightforward. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled so you know exactly what to expect.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items may be returned if they are new, unused, and in their original packaging with all included accessories. Products must be in resalable condition to qualify for a return or exchange. We do not charge restocking fees.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for approval. We encourage customers to inspect their order promptly upon arrival.
Return Shipping Responsibility
For returns due to personal preference or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We provide prepaid return labels upon request, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund amount.
If the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, Zoommez Distribution covers all return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Support@zoommezdistribution.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will provide return authorization instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label. Items should not be sent back without prior authorization, as this may delay processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us promptly. For freight deliveries (LTL), damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For small parcel shipments sent via UPS or FedEx, damage must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Photos of the packaging and product will help us resolve the issue quickly. In these cases, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the item has shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it falls under our standard return policy.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, including the original shipping cost.
Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is the result of our error — such as shipping the wrong item or sending a defective product — we take full responsibility for all associated shipping costs. For customer-initiated returns unrelated to product condition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges Process
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team to begin the process. Customers are responsible for both return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement item. Exchanges are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
